MEXICAN CHEESE DIP

1 small onion
½cup evaporated milk (small can)
1 clove of Garlic (or to taste)
½cup Fresh milk
300g. grated cheddar cheese
1. Saute onion, garlic, and pepper.
2. Add milks and cheese and melt slowly together.
