12oz (300g) Chinese Leaf (shredded)
4oz (100g) Bean Sprouts.
4 Tomatoes (quartered)
1 small fresh Pineapple (peeled & chopped) (tinned will do)
1 Carrot cut into matchsticks
½ cup Red Cabbage, thinly sliced
¼ Red Onion thinly sliced
½ Red Pepper thinly sliced
½oz (12g) Butter
2 tbsp (30ml) Seasame seeds
1 tbsp (15ml) Soy sauce
3 tbsp (45ml) French dressing

1. Combine the first eight ingredients.
2. Melt butter in pan and fry sesame seeds for 3-4 mins
   or until golden brown.
3. Add sesame seeds to the salad.
4. Pour Soy Sauce and dressing over the salad and toss well

Serves 4 - 6
