RENIE'S POTATO SALAD


INGREDIENTS:

1lb (cooked weight) boiled potatoes (cooked but firm)
- cup gerkins
1 rounded tsp dill seeds
2 spring onions
4 tble sp mayonnaise

METHOD:

1. chop potatoes into cubes (approx 1 cm)
2. chop gerkins into cubes ( approx cm)
3. slice onions into thin rounds
4. put all ingredient together into a bowl and mix gently so as not to mash potatoes
5. put into serving bowl and refridgerate till ready to serve
