APRICOT SAUCE


INGREDIENTS:

2 tble sp olive oil
8 fl oz pureed apricots
1 tble sp clear honey
pinch salt
1 Worcestireshire (or soy) sauce
2 tble sp vinegar
¼ tsp dried oregano

METHOD:

1. put all ingredients in a saucepan
2. bring to boil
3. Cover and simmer gently for approximately 10 minutes

This is wonderful served with any meat
