ROSEMARY MARINADE (for Chicken)


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup red wine
1 cup Freshly squeezed oranges
¼ cup Quantrau (optional)
1 table spoon Rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper

METHOD:
1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Soak chicken pieces in the mixture, for at least a couple of hours

Chicken can either be oven cooked or Barbequed
