BARBEQUE SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 oz butter
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 4 tablespoons vinegar
2 level tablespoons brown sugar
6 level tablespoons Tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon worcester sauce
2 level teaspoons french mustard
½level teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
celery salt to taste (optional)

METHOD:
1. fry onion in melted butter until soft and golden brown.
2. Blend sauces
3. Add to onion.
4. Add tinned tomatoes.
5. Simmer for 30 mins until thickened.
