Middle Eastern Spice rub for Meats


This tastes wonderful rubbed over a lamb joint before putting in the oven but can just as easily be used on Beef burgers

INGREDIENTS:
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

METHOD:
Combine together all ingredients in a small bowl until combined well.

if you use all dried spices, this mix can be stored in an airtight container for future use.
