GINGER & GARLIC MARINADE


INGREDIENTS:

½ tsp marjoram
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp basil
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
2 tbl sp sesame oil
salt & pepper to taste

METHOD:

mix all ingredients together
marinade your choice of food for at least 1 hour
(overnight is preferable)
