INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of rolled oats
¾cup of coconut
1 cup plain flour
125 gm. butter
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tspns. bicarb soda
1 tablespoon golden syrup
2 tablespoons boiling water

METHOD:
1. Pre-heat oven to 165C 325F
2. Melt golden syrup and butter.
3. Mix bicarb and water
4. Add to melted mixture.
5. Add all dry ingredients and mix well
6. Spoon onto greased trays and cook in oven for 20 mins
