ABBY-LOUISE'S POTATO SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

6 medium size potatoes
1 onion (diced)
Heinz Salad Cream
2-3 eggs (hardboiled)
100g cheddar cheese (grated)
salt and pepper (extra salt for potatoes)

METHOD:

1 Wash,peel and chop potatoes (cut into bite-size pieces)
2 Put potatoes into a pan and cover with boiling water.
3 Add a pinch of salt and bring to the boil
4 Dice the onion and place into a mixing bowl
5 Boil the eggs for 6-7 minutes. Peel off the shell and slice evenly. Add to the bowl
6 One the potatoes are cooked, drain and add to the bowl along with the cheese
7 Add enough salad cream to coat the potatoes
8Add the salt and pepper (just enough for taste)
9 Place in the fridge for 30-45 mins
10 Serve immediately (best served cold)
